We are excited to announce that Wren House Infrastructure Limited (Wren House) has completed its acquisition of an equity stake in SeaCube Container Leasing on December 5, 2023. The sale was announced on October 3, 2023.
Wren House is a global infrastructure investment manager with expertise in the container leasing sector. Under the terms of the deal, Wren House will operate under a co-control structure of the company with Ontario Teachers’, which brought SeaCube private in 2013.
We look forward to continuing to partner with Ontario Teachers’ and welcome the opportunity to work alongside the Wren House team as we collaboratively work to drive SeaCube’s growth plans.
