Mr. Sappio brings extensive international experience in the shipping and intermodal transportation industry to his role as CEO. He joined SeaCube as Chief Operating Officer in 2014 and has since led the company’s efforts in all aspects of the business. Prior to SeaCube, Mr. Sappio held positions as President of the Americas Region for Rickmers-Linie in Houston and Managing Director for Alvarez & Marsal in San Francisco. Prior to Alvarez & Marsal, Mr. Sappio spent nearly 30 years at APL, Ltd. serving in executive positions around the globe. His most recent role at APL was as Senior Vice President where he was responsible for leading all of APL’s trade management and commercial activities in the Trans Pacific, Trans Atlantic and Latin American regions.

Lisa Leach, Vice President and General Counsel

 

Lisa D. Leach became our Vice President and General Counsel in March 2010. Ms. Leach was Vice President and General Counsel of CLI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Seacastle, working with the company from its inception in 1993 through 2010. Prior to that, Ms. Leach was Vice-President and General Counsel of Itel Containers International Corporation based in San Francisco, California. From 1978 through 1986, Ms. Leach practiced as a maritime and transportation litigation attorney in New Orleans. Ms. Leach is a graduate of Tulane University and the Tulane School of Law. She is a member of the bars of California, Colorado and Louisiana.

Elizabeth Tune, Vice President and Controller

 

Elizabeth Tune joined the Company in 2008 as an Accounting Manager. Ms. Tune received promotions in 2010 to Director of Finance, 2014 to Assistant Controller, 2015 to Controller and then in 2017 to Vice President & Controller. Ms. Tune has 15+ years of experience in finance. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Tune worked in public accounting for Arthur Andersen and EY and worked in internal audit for Cendant and RCI doing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance work.

Brian S. Fitzgerald, Vice President and General Manager

Brian S. Fitzgerald, Vice President Management Services and Trading

 

Brian S. Fitzgerald is currently VP Management Services and Trading where he is responsible for managing SeaCube's asset sales and its asset management services for other owner investors. Mr. Fitzgerald joined Carlisle Leasing International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Seacastle in 1996 and became VP Marketing – North America where he developed operating and finance lease transactions with liner companies located in the United States. Mr. Fitzgerald’s entry in to the maritime industry began in 1972 as a trainee with United States Lines. He subsequently worked in marketing management positions for 20 years with Itel Containers, Genstar Container Corp., a GE Capital company, and PrimeSource Container Corp. Mr. Fitzgerald is a 1972 graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick.

John J. Colabello

John J. Colabello, Vice President - Operations

 

Mr. Colabello had joined the company in 1999 as the Director of Operations and was named Vice President of Operations in 2003. He has over 33 years of experience in the transportation industry. He has held senior positions in the areas of operations, technical support, equipment maintenance and inventory control/logistics for major shipping lines. The initial 22 years of his career were associated with ocean carriers and/or their agency representation. Mr.. Colabello received his B.S degree from the State University New York Maritime College in 1977. In addition to his degree, Mr. Colabello had also received his USCG Merchant Mariner's License (3rd Mate) and was commissioned in the U.S. Naval Reserve (1977 - 1984).

David F. Doorley, Treasurer & Vice President of Investor Relations

 

Mr. Doorley joined Container Leasing International a wholly-owned subsidiary of Seacastle as Assistant Treasurer in December 2000 and was named Treasurer in 2004. He has over 24 years of experience in accounting and finance positions. Prior to joining CLI, Mr. Doorley was Corporate Treasurer for Alstom USA, Inc, and was previously employed in various accounting and treasury functions with an Alstom subsidiary. Mr. Doorley holds a BA in Finance from Mercy College.

Chani Singh, Vice President - Latin America & Oceania

 

Chani Singh joined Seacastle at its inception following the takeover of Interpool Container Leasing whom he joined in 1994. Prior to that he spent 12 years working for liner industry. Most notably at OOCL and OT Africa Line in England with his last position being Land Operations Manager for the latter. At Interpool, he was Vice President Sales & Marketing prior to becoming Regional Vice President in December 2009 covering Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, South Africa and Latin America.

Frank Roovers, Vice President - Europe

 

Frank Roovers became our Vice President for Europe in 2004 after working as Sales Director since 2000. Prior to that Mr. Roovers worked for Trans America leasing, based in US and Europe, covering North and South America as well as Europe. Mr. Roovers started working in the Maritime Industry in 1988, where he worked for Carrier Transicold for both the Container as well as the Truck & Trailer segments.

Kendrick Ko, Vice President - Asia Pacific

 

Kendrick Ko, based in Hong Kong joined Carlisle Leasing International in 1996 as Director of Sales and Marketing – Asia. Mr Ko was promoted to Regional Vice President - Asia Pacific in 1998 (later on the company name changed to Seacastle Container Leasing). Prior to that, Mr. Ko was working in Trans Ocean Limited and leading the sales and marketing activities in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong from 1992 through 1995. Mr. Ko has over 18 years experience in the container leasing industry. Mr. Ko is a graduate of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Business Studies and a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK.

Gregory Bostwick, Vice President - North America

 

Gregory Bostwick joined the Company in 2007 as a Manager of Business Planning & Development. Mr. Bostwick received promotions in 2011 and 2013 as Director and then Vice President of Business Planning & Development. In 2016, Mr. Bostwick transitioned to Vice President for North America. Mr. Bostwick has 10+ years of experience in the container leasing industry. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Bostwick held various analytical positions supporting the Sales team for MSCI Barra and First Data/Wells Fargo Alliance.
